Summary:

Learn how to bake.  Starting from basic baking to advance baking.

Classes run for three Saturdays.  09:00 – 14:00.  N$ 800.00pp per class, this fee includes all ingredients.

1st Saturday:              Basic Baking class (Muffins, cookies etc)

2nd Saturday:            Bread Baking class (Breads & Rolls)

3rd Saturday:             Baking class (Pastries, short crusts, puff pastry, choux pastry and pastry dishes)

Maximum 12 Candidates per course.
