This course will consist of four days in total and will commence on each Saturday of the month from 09:00 – 14:00.

It will include all ingredients, manuals, and additional recipes.  The fee is N$4 000.00 per person.

Course outline:

First Saturday             = Health & Safety, knife skills, how to read a recipe and measurements. Cooking of breakfast.

Second Saturday      = Cooking of three different lunches

Third Saturday           = Cooking of three different dinners

Fourth Saturday         = Cooking of three different desserts
